Cass and Nonius enter into the ship breakers cave, while the Captain and Vern go to speak with another of the 7 Pirate Lords. The pirate presses the Captain on his goals and forces him to confront his ambitions. Meanwhile Cass comes face to face with a demonic entity, forcing the Navigator to call on the powers of the pursuing ocean. A fight, a tidal wave, and Cass' death follows...
