The 'youngest chief medical officer in the fleet' (in his first appearance) feels it's his duty try to free them from the Collective given the example of 733T who has temporarily drained their power reserves. Unfortunately, there's another Borg in-system and they are in touch with the Collective while the Tzenkethi are proving no more cooperative than the Bajopran religious dissidents already on board. Then ... a cunning plan, a convincing argument, and a misjudged hijack ... before 'Boom'!
