"Gangsters of Triskelion PT 1"
The Tempest is dispatched to Triskelion, a planet radically changed by the intervention of the Enterprise a decade ago. They're to enjoy shore leave and participate in the Triskelion Galactic Games, which brings together a diverse range of peoples-- including a rival Federation Captain with a history with Escarra. But even as those competitions begin, the Tempest also begins an second, more secret mission: trying to interdict dangerous drug smugglers operating on this planet of gamblers.
